We want you to love your Frostwood purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

    •    Item must be unused and in original condition

    •    Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be noted on the product page if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
